Welcome to New Graze Lawn Care Services, LLC. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and provide a positive experience for both parties.

Services Provided

New Graze Lawn Care Services, LLC, offers the following lawn care services:

  1. Mowing
  2. Edging
  3. Weed Eating
  4. Blower Services
  5. Trimming
  6. Seasonal Cleanup
  7. Leaf Removal

Services are available throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Specific service requests outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.

After-Hour Services

At New Graze Lawn Care Services, we value both our clients’ time and our team’s well-being. Our standard servicing days are Wednesday – Sunday, with Monday, Tuesday, and holidays reserved for rest and maintenance.

We understand that special situations may occasionally require service outside these days. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, any lawn care service scheduled on days we are normally closed is subject to an After-Hour Service Surcharge of $40.

This fee helps cover the additional labor and logistical coordination required to serve you outside of our standard schedule.

Important Notes

  • After-Hour service is based on crew availability and is not guaranteed.
  • Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • In case of inclement weather or emergencies, we may waive or adjust the fee at our discretion.

Pricing Payment

  1. Price Structure: Services are offered at a flat rate, per service, or as part of customizable packages.
  2. Payment Terms: Payments are pre-paid and must be completed before services are rendered
  3. Accepted Payment Methods: All payments are processed online. Details will be provided during the booking.
  4. Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable, including cancellations or missed appointments.

Scheduling

Clients may schedule or reschedule services online or by phone by contacting us at 727-810-8149.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate availability.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to reschedule services if needed rather than cancel.

Weather and Service Interruptions

Lawn care services may be delayed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or storms. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases, and services will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure quality services, clients are responsible for:

  1. Removing objects, debris, or obstacles from the lawn before the scheduled service.
  2. Securing pets and ensuring safe access to the service area.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At New Graze Lawn Care Services LLC, customer services is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact our customer service team at 727-810-8149 within 24 hours of the service. We will review your concerns and take necessary corrective action.

Limitations of Liability

  1. Property Damage: New Graze Lawn Care Services, LLC, is not liable for pre-existing damage to sprinklers, irrigation systems, or other underground utilities. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any known issues in advance.
  2. Weather Interruptions: New Graze Lawn Care Services LLC is not responsible for delays or service cancellations caused by weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify services offerings, pricing, or terms with prior notice to clients. Existing contracts or pre-prepaid services will be honored as agreed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims related to our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws in the Tampa Bay Area.

Privacy Policy

New Graze Lawn Care Services, LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or payment information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling and paying for services with New Graze Lawn Care Services, LLC, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
